ViaNett Forum is a solution designed for businesses and organizations who want to have an active dialogue with their business associates, or who wish to launch an independent discussions page.

The system contains routines for registration and administration of users. These users can be divided into groups, and can register their contributions to discussion groups or news.

The discussions can be divided into optional groupings with the possibility of reporting to the group. Replies to the discussion are tied hierarchically to the main contributor, and one can choose the reporting mode if new participants answer. There is also a complete search function in the discussion database.

The administration module is arranged for registering news. In addition, this section can be opened up for groups of users so that, for example, a colleague can register his or her own news.

The system is preprogrammed to build the forum, but it can be tailored to the customer’s needs. Newly-registered colleagues will arrive in the forum with their own links, after being processed by an approval routine.

All viewable data on the web is fully searchable via internet search engines.
